Terms and Conditions for Bin Friend Residential Trash Bin Service

1. Service Scope: Bin Friend will transport your trash bins to the curb on collection days and return them to their designated spot after collection.

2. Service Schedule: Trash bins will be moved to the curb on the morning of the scheduled collection day and returned by the end of the collection day.

​

3. Customer Responsibilities: Ensure bins are placed in an accessible location by the designated time.

​

4. Liability: Bin Friend is not responsible for damage to bins or property caused by moving bins, except in cases of negligence.

​

5. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

​

6. Payment Terms: Payments are due on a monthly basis, in advance.

​

7. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice.
